WOW! stands for “women only weekend”. This is an ITA program that was created to promote a fun and empowering environment for all female-identifying persons to come and learn or continue honing their trail maintenance skills.

About the event
Description: On this Women’s Only Weekend trip ITA is partnering with the Wood River Trails Coalition (WRTC) to work on Trail Creek West Fork # 126, northeast of Ketchum in the Sawtooth National Forest. Trail Creek West Fork is a lesser known trail that is in need of tread work, brushing and log-out. Group camping will be available at a developed campground in close proximity to the trailhead. You can count on great alpine views, abundant wildlife and refreshing creek crossings. Please plan to meet at the campground Friday evening.

Volunteer Limit: 12
Fee to Hold Spot: No
Difficulty: 2-moderate-longer hikes, elevation gain, heavier packs, more strenuous work
